The Westlake Historical Society began preserving the stories of our communities in 1961.The past has indelibly defined our region, so much so that it is easy to take it for granted.

Westlake's (Dover) history is a combination of many peoples and many subjects placed within our unique community. Since 1961, the Westlake Historical Society has been preserving artifacts and interpreting the stories of our community.
